Community Foundation of West Texas Awards Over $38,000 from the Goodfellows Community Campaign Fund

The Community Foundation of West Texas (CFWT) is pleased to announce the awarding of Community Campaign Fund grants totaling $38,157.50 to four local non-profit organizations. The Lubbock Avalanche-Journal Goodfellows program began decades ago to help those less fortunate. Human compassion and the giving spirit builds community one person at a time. It continues today with funds to Big Brothers Big Sisters, CASA of the South Plains, Family Guidance & Outreach Center of Lubbock, and the Ronald McDonald House who help our friends and neighbors.

CFWT President Stephen P. Warren states, "From those you are helping whom will never know your big heart, compassion, and your kindness, we say thank you for being a part of the Goodfellows Community Campaign Fund for 2018."
