Community Foundation of West Texas Grantee Luncheon

The Community Foundation of West Texas will hold their annual Grantee Luncheon recognizing (6) nonprofit organizations and the outstanding service they provide to Lubbock and the South Plains. The Community Foundation recently announced over $680,000 distributed in grant dollars to non-profits throughout West Texas for the first quarter of 2017! Those being recognized are:

Arts and Culture: Wallace Theater (Levelland)

Basic Needs and Self Sufficiency: Weekend Snack Sack Program (Slaton)

Civic Social & Economic Development: Plainview Downtown Restoration (Plainview)

Education/Youth: Caprock Cultural Association

Animals: South Plains Wildlife Rehabilitation Center

Each will receive a $500.00 grant. An Impact Award Grantee (TBA) will receive a $1,000.00 grant!
