When do donations open?

Donations open on November 1 and close on November 28 at 11:59 PM.

How can people donate to #GivingTuesdayWTX?

 There are three ways you can give:


1. Online - Give with a card by visiting givingtuesdaywtx.org and clicking on the logo of the organization you wish to support, or give an overall donation.


2. Check - Make checks to Giving Tuesday WTX with the organization name you would like to donate to on the memo line and mail them to the Community Foundation of West Texas office.

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

3. Cash - Please drop off or mail cash donations by the CFWT office before 5 PM on November 28th with the organization you want to designate your funds to indicated inside the envelope.

Will a donor check made out to my organization be accepted?

Checks MUST be made out to Giving Tuesday WTX or the Community Foundation of West Texas with the agency listed on the memo line.

We cannot accept checks made out to your organization or any organization other than the two previously listed. We cannot accept a check made out to your organization from your organization.

**Beginning with the 2022 campaign, CFWT will charge a 2% management fee. This fee will be 2% of the total amount raised each year. The 2% will not cover all expenses, but it will help us to continue running the initiative as it should be.**
